The Nerima Business Support Center, also known as Nerisapo, assists small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Nerima City, as well as those planning to start a business. If you have any of the following concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Nerisapo Business Consultation Desk
Nerisapo provides free-of-charge consultation services to help owners and employees of SMEs navigate various business challenges.
Consultation Overview
- Duration: 50 minutes per session
- Fee: Free of charge (no limit to the total number of sessions)
- Language: Japanese only
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Closures: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year's holiday period (December 29 to January 3)

| Advanced | Tailored for those with a clear business concept. In a small-group setting, you will learn how to refine your vision and translate your goals into a concrete professional reality. |
| Practical Workshop | A deep dive into the mechanics of business. Master essential skills in marketing, financial planning, and legal procedures, with the goal of completing a robust, ready-to-use business plan. |

Seminars for Business Owners
Nerisapo holds regular seminars for business owners approximately eight times a year. We select timely topics that address current business trends and provide practical insights to support your business management.

Financial Support (Grants & Subsidies) from Nerisapo
Nerisapo offers the following grant programs to support local businesses. Eligible recipients include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), sole proprietors, and both NPOs and general incorporated associations engaged in profit-making activities under tax law. Please note that all application procedures are conducted in Japanese only.
| Website Development Grant | Covers a portion of the costs for developing a new business website. This program is available to local businesses that do not currently have a website. |
| Trade Fair Exhibition Grant | Covers a portion of exhibition fees and venue costs for local businesses participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, or expositions to promote their products and services |
| Certification Acquisition Support | Subsidizes costs incurred when obtaining new certifications from domestic or international public institutions such as ISO or JIS. |
| Industrial Property Rights Support | Provides financial assistance for costs related to acquiring new industrial property rights (such as patents, utility models, designs, or trademarks). |
| Shopping District Vacant Storefront Program | Aims to revitalize local shopping districts by supporting businesses that open or expand into vacant storefronts. Approved projects receive subsidies and ongoing expert consultations to ensure long-term success. |
| New Business Challenge Grant | Supports SMEs entering new markets or developing new products and services. This program subsidizes project costs and provides professional guidance for business planning and implementation. |

Nerima Business Loan Program
To support SMEs, Nerima City offer a business loan program in cooperation with the Credit Guarantee Corporation and financial institutions. This program provides access to low-interest loans for various business needs. A key benefit is that Nerima City will subsidize a portion of the interest payments, reducing the repayment burden. Additionally, subsidies for the credit guarantee fees are available for certain business loan types. Please note that consultations are available in Japanese only.
